Caardvarks Last Minute

So I was looking through the Caardvarks challenge and decided last minute to scraplift Kathy's card. I so adore her creations. This is her super cute card. Is her little cow the most adorable thing EVER! :)
Here is my take on her card.

I loved Kathy's bright colors and the sewing was a perfect touch.

I inked up my die cut with tumbled glass and embossed with my cuttlebug. One it was embossed I went back over it with more tumbled glass. I then used frosted lace stickles on the raised swirl design. I stamped each image with jet black archival ink by ranger and colored them in with my Zig H20 pen and distress inks. I added frosted lace to the top of my sign and igloo. Then I covered just the black part of my penguin with glossy accents. I set those aside to dry and stamped a piece of white card stock with my polka dot background and versamark. I covered with white embossing powder, heat set, and covered the entire background with spiced marmalade ink. I moved on to my card base. I covered it in worn lipstick distress ink, adhered my orange panel and hand stitched the side. I glued all my pieces to the blue panel using glossy accents except for the penguin. Him I popped up on foam. One everything was on the blue panel, I went back around the edges with broken china ink. I adhered the blue panel onto the card base using foam. I added just a few rhinestones and I was done! Thanks for stopping by :)
