OTWC and Get Sketchy

Happy Thursday everyone! I hope your week is going well. I've been a little under weather but still found some time to craft :) I made this card for OTWC color challenge and Get Sketchy sketch 63 :)

The rundown: The card is super simple. I don't usually do pattern paper well :( so I decided to keep a lot of white kraft space. The stamp is from Studio 112. He was only a buck :) To start I stamped the image on kraft card stock and colored him in with vintage photo. I colored in his eyes with a white gel pen and cut him out. Next I cut my two pieces of patterned paper and rounded the corners. The stitching is a hand stitched cross stitch. I laid it all out and realized it still needed something . . . so back to the white gel pen I went. I did a faux stitch on the orange and a random line on the green. I adhered the paper down flat and added the image on foam. A little glossy accents for his eyes, nose, and cookie. Done!
