Wishes and Kisses

I was a busy little girl last night! This is the first of three cards I made :)
I used the colors from Off The Wall Craftiness, such pretty colors this week!
Let's get started:
I started with a piece of white card stock cut to 3 1/2 x 4 1/4. I stamped the heart postage stamp (TPC Studios, Hugs and Kisses) in broken china and rusty hinge, then rub bed some broken china on the edges. I used glossy accents and stardust stickles to fill in the centers of random hearts.
I cut the card base out of orange card stock then stamped the heart background (Unity, Hearts of Old) in rusty hinge and of course :) rubbed more rusty hinge on the edges.
I adhered the postage stamp panel to the card and drew a white line border using a gel pen and a ruler. I love how some crafters can just freehand it but I'm too particular :(
I cut another white piece of cardstock to 3/4 x 5 1/2. I stamped the sentiment (Unity, Wishes and Kisses) in versa mark and heat embossed with white. I colored the whole piece with broken china.
Using some more white card stock I punched the border (EK Success) and then adhered the rhinestones. These rhinestones were originally clear, I colored them orange with a permanent marker. I love those little money saving tips, don't you? I glued down the whole piece to the front of the card. My current fave is Tombo Mono Multi Glue, this stuff is awesome!
Another piece of white card stock for the blue heart I rubbed on tumbled glass and stamped the flourish (Hero Arts, Flourish background) with broken china. For the heart I traced a chipboard heart I have and then cut it out. I have owned this heart for forever I just don't use it as chipboard when I want to use it, another money saver!!
I used one more piece of white card stock ( I know, right?!) and stamped the solid heart (Scrappy Cat, Amore & More) in versamark and heat embossed with white. I cut it out with a little border so it would be outlined with rusty hinge.
On the same piece of paper I rubbed on spiced marmalade and stamped the stripes (Hero Arts, Stripes Pattern) in rusty hinge. I traced my chipboard piece and cut it out. Last I inked the edges with more rusty hinge.
I adhered the blue heart flat to the card, the orange heart with one layer of foam, and finally the white heart with two layers of foam.

Wow this was a long one!! The next two won't be this long  . . . .hopefully :)
