let me count the ways . . . such a perfect sentiment for Valentines :) I hope you all are having a wonderful Thursday, I know I am! I was a crafty and after I post this I'm going to have dinner with my parents. Family time is such a fantastic thing.
Moving on to the card
I used the colors for OTWC's challenge. Such great V-day colors
I also used the sketch from Get Sketchy. This sketch was awesome for me because I love, love, love repeating elements!
I started with a white card base cut to a traditional size, then rounded all 4 edges. I cut the red glitter paper 1/4 smaller, rounded the edges and glued that down.
For the patterned paper I used DCWV Summer dream collection. I cut a piece of white at 1 inch and punched it with my scallop border (EK Success). I stamped the sentiment (Unity, Wishes & Kisses) in versamark and heat embossed with white. I rounded all my corners and glued them flat.
Originally I made flowers to be my repeating element but they were too big :(
The hearts (Unity, Wishes & Kisses) fit perfectly so I wasn't sad for too long. I stamped them using barn door and then cut them out. I popped them up on foam and added my buttons and bow.
Of course no card would be complete with out stickles he he :) I added stardust stickles to the hearts
Thanks for peeking!!
So pretty! I love the hearts with the buttons and twine! Thanks for joining us this week at GS! :)
