Sorry if you stopped by in the last few hours his post was a little scarce. I was just trying to get done before the deadline :) This card is for less is more the challenge this week was to combine three previous challenges. I chose: Sketch 1, butterflies (one layer card), and a bit of bling.
I stamped the main butterfly (Hero Arts, Antique Engravings) in Rose Bud (Memento) then colored in parts of it with a light pink alcohol marker from Marvy. I also masked the circle with a spellbinders die cut. The traced the circle and then the die to create the flat frame. With both the circle and butterfly masked I stamped all the other butterflies in London Fog (Memento) masking as I went.
The sentiment is from Hero Arts You & Me. I wanted to use the unique but it wasn't a long enough sentiment so I created the first mart by stamping amazing then adding the "ly" from the word family in the same set. For my bit of bling I added stardust stickles to the pink butterfly.
Thank you so much for popping in. I know I've been missing lately but that's because all of you have been so awesome in donating to Angie :) I'll be back tomorrow with an update on that!
