I certainly am! I absolutely adore these colors! (I should, I picked them right?!)
They make me want to tease my hair and belt out Bon Jovi . . . . I'm a cowboy . . . .on a steel horse I ride . . . you get the picture :)
Ready? Set . . . .
EIGHTIES! Er, I mean, Hot Pink, Neon Yellow, and Black!
My take is not quite so eighties but still soo bright you gotta have shades
So I thought the little lemonade glass from Hero Arts was simply adorable and decided I had to use it. Plus you know I'm always trying to get more from my stamps so I used it twice. Once as is, once masked just for the lemon :)
That mason jar is totally versatile, I see lots of uses for it. I stamped my pink paper with the dots background stamp in versamark. The striped pattern paper is from Echo Parks Dots and Stripes. After I had stamped and colored the glass and jar I trimmed them out. The lemons were covered with stardust stickles while the glass and jar lid were given a healthy dose of glossy accents.
I stamped my sentiment and added some rhinestones to finish it off. Then . . .I decided it didn't balance quite right so I added a strip of yellow to the right and rounded the top corner. Ahhh, much better :)
Thanks for stopping in :)

Kelly, I love your card! Great colors this week and I look forward to create something.
