My Future's so Bright I Gotta Where Shades

 Hi Crafters!

I'm back today to share that sketch card I promised you. Just in case you missed it we are on the last week of The Great Mojo Comeback over in the A Blog Named Hero Flickr Group. This week you can choose either the sketch challenge or the color challenge. Yesterday I shared this card using the colors, today's card is using the sketch.

Grab your sunglasses it's going to get bright in here :)

I stamped my borders in the three new neon inks from Hero Arts to create my own pattern paper. I assure you this photo does not due it justice, these babies are BRIGHT! After I trimmed my "pattern paper" I adhered it to a white card base.

Next I die cut two circles. The bigger one I wanted to use as a negative so after I cut the circle I trimmed it so it would create an open panel. In order to make it match I "colored" the paper by rubbing the neon orange ink pad over the paper.

I stamped the car and again smeared the ink direct to paper using neon pink. I stamped a second car to trim out the windows. The car was stamped one more time on my smaller circle. I trimmed out the pink car and added it to my circle with dimensional adhesive. I added a strip of black for some contrast and stamped my sentiment. I left off the stickles this time to make room for the glossy accents, which I used to coat the windows, fenders, and tires.

Thanks for stopping over! I Hope to see you in the flickr gallery :)
