Stretching Chevrons :)

Hello Hello!

Today I am over at A Blog Named Hero playing along with the Stretch Your Stamp theme. It also happens to be our current challenge! I hope you are inspired to play along!

I have three cards for you today :)

First, super simple!

I stamped my chevron background in all the colors of the rainbow :) What can I say rainbows make me happy! After I stamped them I trimmed away the white space and fit them back together. I die cut two hearts. One was cut through the banner. The smaller one was cut from black then coated in glossy accents. So Shiny!

I know arrows are in style now but I don't have an arrow stamp. Insert the chevron to save the day!  I trimmed 3/4 in pieces and lined up my trimmed rainbow chevrons in a couple of different patterns. I added a black strip and rounded one corner to balance the busy left hand side.

Last and probably the most time consuming  but by far the coolest (in my humble opinion).

When I was "pinning" one night I saw this woven chevron pattern and loved it! Here is my version. I wove the trimmed chevrons to create a totally different chevron pattern :) I just did a strip because I thought it would be too busy other wise. Totally love this!!!

Who doesn't want that, right?! I can't wait to see all the creative uses you can come up with!
