Thank you all for all my fabulous birthday wishes! You really know how to make a girl feel special :) We spent the evening eating BBQ and going bowling with family and friends. It was a super fun evening plus I got a free piece of chocolate cake, yay! Tonight I'm having my birthday dinner with my family. I feel so blessed to be able to spend my day with the people I love. God is good I tell ya!
Me and my free cake :)
Okay enough birthday stuff, let's talk card. A few weeks ago A Blog Named Hero had a Kraft challenge. This is the card I shared for the challenge but I had another one in my pocket just in case :) I usually have 2 sometimes 3 I make for the challenge then I share my favorite one. I'm going to share my "break in case of emergency" card with you today. Ha!
It's not that I didn't like this one I just liked the little fox a hair more :)
I paper pieced my strawberries using red and green card stock from American Crafts primaries set. Early in my crafty career I made a strawberry flower card and I still loved the idea. After I adhered my strawberries to the kraft I drew a stem and added a leaf.
I mounted the kraft on a white card base and added two strips of red. To bring some attention to my sentiment I also added some bright green twine. Lastly, I coated those sweet strawberries in gobs of glossy accents to really make them shine!
I'll be back tomorrow to share Sweet Stamp Shop September Release. These stamps are super cute and of course there are prizes along the hop so I hope you stop by. Thanks for visiting today! Enjoy your Sunday :)

Happy Belated Birthday, Kelly! I wanted to pop over here yesterday, but the day just slipped away from me! So glad you had a wonderful day. I love the strawberry flower, such a fun idea!
