Sweet Saturday Challenge: Sketch

 Good Morning Crafters!

How have you been? I have had an emotional roller-coaster of a week. The wedding was wonderful and thank God the weather stayed gorgeous. Here is a snap shot of my gorgeous sister and brand new brother-in-law

I don't have any pictures of me because I just didn't take any lol. Unfortunately, the next morning my retired Sergeant passed away from cancer. So we had the wake and funeral this week as well. Life has highs and lows I know, I just wish they didn't fall in the same week :( plus now I have a fall cold. Boo!

Okay enough rambling right?! This post is actually to share my card for the current Challenge at Sweet Stamp Shop which is a sketch. 

Here is what I came up with

I used the set Under the Sea for everything on this card. I started by cutting my label and stamping my seahorses. I *love* this mirror technique.I colored them with copics then stamped the hearts and did the same. and I just realized those hearts aren't from Under the Sea dangit . . . . .okay the hearts are from Lil Sweet Peps :) 

I used the seaweed to stamp my black and white banner then added a lime green banner on top. The sentiment actually says "Mermaid hugs, wishes, and kisses" so in order for it to fit my card I masked off the Mermaid part. A few rhinestones and some stickles finished it off.
