If you have visited us over at A Blog Named Hero this week you know we are celebrating a very special combination.
Hero Arts and Lawn Fawn!!! Squueeeel! Plus there might be some prizes being given away?!
I love both of these companies so using them together was a piece of cake!
I was really excited about the way this card came out. It may have something to do with the fact it's the first time in months I sat down and finished something I didn't hate ha!
I embossed Hero Art's Starry Night using Ranger Holographic embossing powder. It's SO glittery, *love* I used paper from Lawn Fawn's Bright Side collection to make my snow and to paper piece my tree, which is from Critters in the Forest . To add some interest to the tree I clear embossed Hero Art's Leaf and Floral Background over the pattern paper to "trap" it. I then inked it up with forest moss to make it pop.
I didn't have any red pearls so I made my own using white and a copic marker. The sentiment is also Hero Arts, it's from Laughter and Joy. I wanted it to stand out so after I stamped it in red (Hero Arts, Punch Chalk Ink) I outlined it using stickles in Xmas Red.
Thanks so much for stopping over. There is way more inspiration over at the ABNH blog and don't forget those prizes! Get over there and check it out :)

So many great ideas here!
