Paper Smooches: Anything Goes

  Hello crafters!

Here is a random middle of the night post for you :)
Why you ask?

Well Paper Smooches Anything Goes challenge is ending tomorrow and I have another super awesome post scheduled later today so in enters the 4:00am post with several cards several card posts because you cannot link up multiple items from the same URL. :)

I'm also throwing these guys and some older cards into the ring for their July guest design spot. Because, well, that would be freaking cool.

Here we go with card one

I wanted to do a take on the interlocking die phenomenon but I didn't want them to be flat. I die cut the notched square twice. I die cut one of them with a second die to get my curve edged. Once I was done doing my embossed resist with some flowers from Botanicals 1 I fit the pieces back together and glued them down to the other die. I used dimensional adhesive to adhere it to my card base after stamping my greeting which is from the Sentiment Sampler.

and I'll be seeing you momentarily with post number 2 and post number 3

XoXo

  1. Visiting from Paper Smooches where I saw your wonderful cards. Like how you did the emboss resist. The colors remind me of wonderful black light posters (I mean that in a good way, say that because many times a comment can be misinterpreted). I like the way you used the dies for dimension & placement of the sentiment.
