Virginia's View with Scrapplings

  Hello crafters!
Let me just start out by saying thank you so very much for all of your sweet comments. They mean so much! I was completely overwhelmed, in a good way, by all your wonderful comments on my butterfly card. Seriously, you guys are the best!
So I made a little thank you card for you guys!
It's also for Virginia's View challenge to use scrapplings and recycle one item.
The leaves and flowers I had laying around from another project that didn't work out. They are from Lawn Fawn's Our Friendship Grows. I colored them with copics. My recycling is the little change envelope. I trimmed it down to fit my card then mounted my flowers on top.
I did add a little white embossing paste to my card base using the Hero Arts Arrows Pattern stencil I picked up at A2ZScrapbooking.  I stamped my sentiment from the same set onto the envelope and added a few circles of enamel. Of course I also glittered the center of the flowers with stardust stickles :)
Thanks for dropping in and again thank you, thank you, THANK YOU for your comments :)

  1. This looks awesome :) way to recycle the envelope!

  2. Cute - cute. I love using scraps and you gave me another great idea. Thanks and take care of yourself. We need your moxie to help us create.

  3. I LOVE how you used the little envelope here! It gives colors and grounds the flower images...just perfect! So glad that you join the fun over Virginia's View Challenge! I am happy to see your entry this round. Hope to see more of your beautiful work!
