One Layer Watercolor

 Hello crafters! 

I actually found some time to craft during the day. 

For some of you this is probably the norm but for me it's down right weird. 

I am a middle of the night crafter. Which is why my posts are so often at strange times lol. 

However strange it was something must have been working because I love the way my card turned out. 

Maybe it was my determination to play along with Lawnscaping's current challenge. Or maybe it was the flowers, one layer, watercolor combo. 

Whatever it was I was feeling it. 

For the record their current challenge is one layer.

So it's not perfectly perfect but it's okay because I love it. Like puffy heart, wide eyed, bat my lashes love!

I stamped the banner from Lawn Fawn's Bannerific in Versamark then heat set it in white on watercolor paper. I masked it and began stamping leaves and flowers from Flutter By. rinse repeat. 

The images were colored with a paintbrush, water and distress inks. 

The sentiment is from Flutter By too. I arched it on my block to match the movement of the banner. 

I loved it so immediately I didn't even add stickles yo. That's saying something!
