Hello Crafters!
Challenge number two at the A2ZScrapbooking blog! This time the challenge is to use two Hero Arts stamps.
I made a super simple card. But sometimes super simple works, ya know? I'm not a big fan of Halloween but my sister definitely is. I thought this creepy little card would make her day :)
I did some stamping and masking to get the multicolored embossing. Isn't that face peaking out just creepy?! I Love it! Muaahahaha!
All the stamps are from Hero Art's new stamp set Fright Night.
I stamped the grass first then heat set in green. I didn't mask it to stamp the tombstone. I just didn't ink the whole tombstone stamp with Versamark. Worked out pretty well I think.
The tombstone and R.I.P. were heat set in Hero Art's Silver Embossing Powder.
I did have to mask the tombstone to stamp the face. I heat set that in orange. I added a strip of orange to my cardbase to make Mr. Creepy really pop. Then the black panel was added with dimensional adhesive.
Sweet and simple.
Hero Arts is currently holding a "Anything Goes Holiday" Challenge for the month. I think Halloween is going to qualify. Into the inlinkz it goes ;)
