From This to That

  Hello Crafters!

As I sit here typing this it's 4:00 am. It's the very last day of my 12 hour days and I couldn't be happier. Thank God for my mother or I'm pretty sure yesterday neither Nathan or I would have ate. Aren't moms the best?

My schedule has been let Nathan run around like a screaming banshee, make dinner, give Nathan a bath, let Nathan run around like a screaming banshee, wrangle the banshee into bed. Go to bed myself. Stumble out of my bed at 2:30 am like a drunken sailor to the coffee pot, don't even put pants on, make coffee, put pants on, brush teeth, run a brush through my hair, get dressed, make more coffee, go to work, work, work, work, work, almost fall asleep at lunch, work, work, almost fall asleep on the drive home, pick up Nathan, rinse, repeat.

Sounds fun huh?
It's not but the money is good. So there's that. Good thing a banshee doesn't need a lot of supervision.

Besides regaling you of my super extra fun work week I'm also sharing a card over at the A2ZScrapbooking blog. I wanted to show how I start off with a simple design and then add a bit of this and that to make it mine.

Here's a peak

You can see all the details over there.

I hope you'll stop by!
I'm wishing you a week where you can at least put pants on before you need coffee!!

XoXo

P.s. My blog post has all these extra spaces in it that I can't get rid of and I'm too tired to care. Please forgive me :)

  2. Yay for making it to the end of the marathon, Kelly. Happy for you that you have your mom to help you out, too. Hope you and your little banshee (and your hubby) get some good together time soon! I don't envy you the hours you have to work. :( That's gotta be tough. The card looks fantastic and I left a little love over there, too. Have a great day! :)
