Hello Crafters!
Well it's Wednesday so there's that.
I have no idea what to write. In fact I sat here so long trying to think of subject matter that I began to make faces in the reflection of my desk. After that I proceeded to laugh at myself for several minutes. No, I'm not on drugs. I tried marijuana one time. I did not inhale.
I just left and browsed Pinterest for a ridiculous amount of time.
What the what is going on tonight?
Let's just get to the business shall we. Apparently, I'm not going to be entertaining today.
I'm playing along with CAS-ology today.
I so very rarely have time to play in challenges anymore I'm obnoxiously excited when I get to.
I'm not sure if this card will fit there definition of Clean and Simple but it fits mine so I'm entering it. I'm not killing anybody.
I actually colored the main image awhile ago but never did anything with it. When I saw the cue word I immediately thought of this piece. What is more precious than a little girl with adorable little kittens? Pretty much nothing. Unless they were puppies. That would be slightly more precious. In my humble opinion.
The girl and kittens are from WPlus9's Pick of the Litter. The tree was created by using some large leaves from Pretty Peonies. I stamped all the images in copic safe ink and colored away. At the time I was playing along in the 30 day color challenge with Kathy Racoosin.
Once it was colored I added polka dots to her dress for fun and outlined all the images with a multiliner. I cut the image out with the large scallop die from Sunshine Layers. I cut another layer with the same die in Berry Sensation from Bazzill. The sentiment is a combination from Hand Lettered Hello and Greetings & Salutations.
Pretty simple. Stamp, Color, Cut.
Thanks for visiting!
XoXo

Very pretty And have to agree very precious but not as precious as it would be if it was puppies. Love how you made the leaves look like part of a tree.
ReplyDeleteThis reminds me of characters from Enid Blyton books from my childhood!! :)
