Hello Crafters!
Normally there would be a CASEing Genius post here but there isn't.
I worked a ridiculous amount of overtime this weekend and it just wasn't happening.
Sorry!
I didn't want to leave you with nothing so I'm sharing a card I made a few weeks ago using some WPlus9 products.
I basically violated this piece of watercolor paper. :)
I had done a "galaxy" manicure quite some time ago where you basically pile color on top of glitter on top of sponging and add more glitter. I figured I could apply the same kind of idea to my watercolor panel. Heads up, It works better on nails. I squished Chipped Sapphire, Salty Ocean, Seedless Preserves, and Picked Raspberry on to my Ranger craft mat and sprayed it with water. I laid my paper in it and then dried it. I did this several times until I was happy with the look. After that I dropped on some clean water and blotted those up to remove the color. Then I added stardust stickles all over the background with a paintbrush. I used white acrylic paint to sponge on some white. For the heck of it I added some white spatters too. Then I added more distress ink. Then more glitter. Yipes. It was crazy.
Once my paper screamed mercy I dried it and die cut it with the Starry Background from WPlus9. I added it to a white card base.
For the sentiment I die cut some clouds. a sentiment square, and a moon using several die sets including: Going Places, Gift Card Layers, and Wishing You. The stars are leftovers from another card but are from that same Starry Background. I added more glitter to the moon and clouds because I have an addiction problem. The sentiment is from the Wishing You Sentiments set.
I'll have my ish together tomorrow I promise.
See you then.
Thanks for stopping by!
XoXo
