Hello Crafters!
I'm popping in with a new image from A Day for Daisies to help you get in the Halloween mood :)
I started off by coloring the image as if it was backlit. I'm really into that for some reason lately. The way the stamp is drawn with just her cute little bootie showing I knew I wanted her to look at something and the only thing that made sense to me was the moon.
After all the topic coloring was done I masked the image with some copy paper. I rubbed on a little bit of mustard seed into the sky before masking that area with a circle to create my moon. The sky was down with distress inks as well. I used dusty concord, faded jeans, salty ocean, chipped sapphire, and black soot.
To complete it I heat embossed the sentiment from Lawn Fawn's Happy Everything.
There is a ton more information over on the blog.
Thank you so much for visiting!
XoXo
