Hello Crafters!
Welcome to The Daily Marker 30 Day Coloring Challenge Blog Hop!
You should have arrived here from the spectacular Dawn at the WPlus9 blog. If you're just stopping in I assure you, you'll want to go back and start from the beginning at Jennifer McGuire's blog. Along the way there are mind-blowing card makers you will not want to miss. I promise. In fact, I am completely awed to be sharing in this incredible hop with each and every one of them.
So, What are we all doing? Celebrating coloring :) Fun, right? Make sure you make it to the end of the hop. There may or may not be prizes to win!
Kathy Racoosin of The Daily Marker hosts challenges periodically encouraging all of us to embrace the art of coloring. Whatever your medium and Kathy rocks them all. She's amazing. Here is what it's all about.
This is hosting her fourth coloring challenge called, “The Daily Marker 30 Day” it’s a super fun challenge and a great way to get full use of your supplies.
(When sharing use #TheDailyMarker30Day so Kathy can find your work)
THE GOAL IS: To color something daily even if it's a few minutes but, certainly not required. It’s been proven that coloring can lower your blood pressure so it’s worth carving out a little time for yourself each day. You will find that Kathy encourages you along the way to stretch your creativity a little bit more and to feel successful with your coloring.
CAN YOU PARTICIPATE in the 30 DAY CHALLENGE? Yes! that would be awesome if you want to participate & feel free to jump in at any time during February! Everyone is welcome! If you miss a few days don’t feel like you have to catch up. The challenge is meant to be fun and with no stress.
WHAT'S NEW THIS TIME? Kathy will have a weekly feature that she will be sharing on her blog that showcases some of your work every Sunday.
Read more on Kathy’s blog, "The Daily Marker” to see how to share you work and if you have questions, how to share, giveaways etc. Prepare to be inspired with daily posts and many videos for 30 days.
Here's my humble contribution using the new WPlus9 stamp set "Color My World."
This set is going to get a lot of play in my craft room. It's the PERFECT set to make cards for crafty friends!! I did put together a little video for you guys
I know it's a long hop so feel free to skip it until you can sneak away into the bathroom while your kids bang on the door have more time. I'll completely understand. Bring coffee. Or wine. I don't judge.
From here you are hopping off to the Queen of Coloring herself, Kathy at The Daily Marker
In case you get lost along the way here's the whole line up
Kelly Latevola (You are here)

ReplyDeleteOh my gosh! This card looks so surreal! I took 4 years of art in high school and this reminds me of a surrealist painting. Wow! I am going to study the video and yes, I don't have kids but we have one bathroom with my mom & dad & I so I will not be watching it in the bathroom or someone will be banging on the door too! LOL However, I probably will be eating a big bowl of popcorn while watching it. I love this card!
