Hello Crafters!
Welcome to the Simon Says Stamp Spring Plush Blog Hop!
There is a ton of fantastic designers showcasing these awesome products. You should have arrived from the wonderful Laura Bassen's blog If you are just stopping by you can head over to the Simon Says Stamp Blog to begin the hop.
Why would you want to do that? Besides the fact that you would be missing out on tons of inspiration Simon is also generously giving away a goody bag on every stop on the hop. Leave a comment for your chance to win. Plus, it's just nice. :)
I've created two cards for you today.
This one uses Simon's new felt and Plush Big Ear Bunny which is completely adorable! I kept this card really simple because it will be the Easter card for all the little ones in my life. The sentiment is from the Rejoice stamp set.
This little guy is super soft and big enough to carry the whole card. Thank goodness too, I have a lot of little ones in my life :)
Simon has a ton of dies in this release that will really help you make this felt shine, not to mention all the extras that help out too! You can see the whole release here.
In case you aren't a felt person don't forget they are dies.
Which means they work with paper too :)
A little spring anyone? These flowers and leaves are actually from the Plush Springtime Bunny but I thought they were just gorgeous used alone.
I picked out several Simon Says Stamp cardstock colors and cut each die several times. Add in a black sentiment, mine is from the Flower Friend stamp set, and some sequins from Pretty Pink Posh and Neat and Tangled and you have a pretty spring card :)
If you're interested you ca watch the video showing how I made both below.
I kept it short and sweet :)
Your next stop on the hop is the delightful Debby Hughes, who I know will knock your socks off. She always does.
Thanks so much for stopping by!
Happy hopping :)
Love ALL of your work!

ReplyDeleteThe bunny card is really cute, but the flower card is outstanding...I love it!! What's funny is I had to look at the die a second time to actually SEE the flowers you said you used.
