Neat and Tangled: Prehistoric May 2017 Release

Hello Crafters! 

It's the beginning of the month so you know what that means right? 

New stamps!! 

Neat and Tangled has been sharing amazing new products all week on their blog. 

Today's set is an adorable addition to this release.

Prehistoric is such a cute combination of all kinds of charming characters and critters! 

It inspired me to step a bit outside my comfort zone and do a bit of layering in my scene building. 

I know. I was shocked too. 

I'll wait while you pick yourself up off the floor. 

I used a combination of dies and fussy cutting to get the look I was going for. The Calathea set really made it super easy to get lots of variation in my scene and really build the jungle feel I was trying to achieve.

I love how simple it is to switch up colors with Copics just by layering one color over another. The pink dino was cute by I adore the purple one. What do you think, pink or purple?
