Way to Go: Scene Building Card One

 Hello Crafters! 

If you've been anywhere near my Youtube or blog recently you already know I've been on a scene making kick. 

It's like every stamp set I get I can see this little scene hiding inside and I'm helpless not to create it. 

Unfortunately, these scenes are often overwhelming for a lot of crafters. I frequently get wonderful comments from you guys (which I appreciate so much!) but they also include things like "I could never do that" "I wish I could" etc

. 

First of all, you can. 

Period. 

But I kept thinking about how to make it less overwhelming. When you guys come visit me I want you to leave having learned something. It could be a new color combo, or technique, or the confidence to try something new. 

With that it mind I decide to create this three part series. 

For the next three days we are going to build a scene together and today is day one. Each video will add more and more to the scene so that day three will complete the scene. 

My hope is that by breaking them down you guys start to feel more comfortable with the scenes you want to build.

I do want to say that scene building isn't going to be for everyone. I get that an hour and a half is a long time to spend on a card. I'm fine with it but you might not be and that's totally okay. I just want scene building to be more approachable in case YOU want to :)
