If The Hat Fits

Hello Crafters! 

There's been so much good stuff coming out of STAMPtember that it's hard to make a choice! 

These fancy hats caught my attention right away and then the fantastic sentiments did me in. 

Too funny! 

I originally started with a watercolor background. Buuutttt it just didn't fit with the coloring of the hats. I still really liked it but you may be seeing it in another card :) 

However, it was a blessing in disguise because I adore this starry background soo much. 

I really wanted you guys to see the coloring of all the hats. I hope it was worth it! 

I love how those colors just pop off that neon green background! these hats are so fancy I can't help but be smitten with all the added detail
