Rainbow Heart Clean & Simple Card with a Die Cut Focal Point

I'm over on the Simon Says Stamp Blog today sharing a card that I absolutely love but is a little bit different for me

Yeah, that's almost all die cuts. 

No, there aren't any Copics. 

I know right?!

Sometimes certain products come along and you just love them so much they force you outside your comfort zone. 

That's basically what happened here. 

BUT 

I still wanted it to feel like a card I made so I added in a few more things that I love. 

Rainbows, glitter, and black and white are always a recipe for a beautiful card in my book.

 By letting the rainbow heart take center stage I really had to do very little to make the card. 

The glitter die cut in the background adds interest but doesn't complete with the focal point. 

By adding the pops of black it gives the card a more graphic feel and really draws the eye to the cluster I created around the smaller portion of the sentiment.

If you've been around this blog at all you know die cuts aren't my go to, maybe they aren't yours either, but it is possible to create a beautiful card that still shows your style with just about any medium. 

Just remember those things you love on absolutely any card.
