Arteza Watercolor Premium Artist Paints Review

Hello Crafters!

Today's video is a bit different than the norm.
There's no stamps and I've never used this product before.

Arteza reached out to me and asked if I would be interested in reviewing some of their products. They sent me their 12 count Watercolor Premium Artist Paints and the 48 set of their Real Brush Pens.

I've seen tons of reviews for the Real Brush pens so I decided to start with the Artist watercolors. I wanted to keep this review a genuine to just the product so I decided to sketch my own flowers.

Before we get into the actual review I want to say that the opinion is my own. While the product was provided this is not a paid review.

I tested them for a few different things including, transparency, lifting properties, and granulation.
You can watch the painting of the flower and hear all about it in the video below.

As I said in the video for the price point they are decent watercolors. They are transparent out of the tube, which is great but are just okay at blending out and lifting. Being able to erase over them is a huge bonus. Especially if you're card making and painting canvas you plan to hang in your living room. Speaking of price let's hit on that again...

The price point on these is amazing. It's $10.00 for the entire set of 12 making each tube about $0.83. The real that this is possible is because they are manufactured in China. I didn't know this before I received the product as they are distributed out of Delaware.
You have to make your own decision about if you are comfortable purchasing these.

If you're interested in purchasing them or anything else from their store You can follow this link and use coupon code NBP-APN-692 to get 10% off.

Thank you guys so much for stopping by!
I'll be back tomorrow with a more traditional Kelly card :)

  1. Well, I think it turned out beautiful! I wish I could draw flowers like that! I enjoyed learning a little bit more about watercolor that I didn't know, thank you. I use watercolor similar to you, being more in control of it, I have a hard time just letting the water do all the work.
