Hello Crafters!
It's Fri-YAY!
Congratulations on making it through another week of life's crazy messes to a little bit of down time!
My week has consisted of a sick little peanut and a weird work schedule.
I swear every time I send this kid to school he comes back with a different kind of sickness.
School is like a fun little Petri dish for him.
Greeaat.
Last week I was over on the Spellbinders Blog sharing a super easy way to create a watercolor landscape and I wanted to share it here too!
I really love how easy it is to switch up the look of the card just by changing how you color it. You could do a night sky with the light house on or a sunrise look or a stormy sky and ocean...the list goes on and on guys.

Spellbinders has these awesome 3D shading stamps which literally stamp all your shading for you.
How awesome is that?
No guess work required!
You can use any medium to color these I just thought it would be super cool to create my own "painting" with watercolors. No one would ever know I stamped this.
I used a really simple but effective trick with acrylic paint to achieve the look of the water breaking against the rocks.
You can see this technique and the entire painting of the card in the video below.

I hope that you learned something and will be inspired to give something like this a try yourselves!
Thanks for visiting!
