Multi-Colored Stamped Background Three Ways

 Hello Crafters! 

I'm popping in for a late night post, hope you don't mind! 

I had this beautiful stamp set from WPlus9 sitting on my desk for Easter and it just didn't happen. 

Man. 

I wish I could say that didn't happen to me often but it does. 

Well I'm a firm believer in making things work for all seasons because, well, you paid for it. 

and I'm cheap haha. 

So today's video is all about how to get multiple uses out of this Easter set that have zero things to do with Easter. 

I love the way all three came out and how even though they are the same they are different. 

The coloring mediums and the cardstocks are all different which allows me to get such versatile use out of this one stamp. 

I started by watercoloring the background in this Thank you card. I used Daniel Smith watercolors to get a soft painterly look before adding a really structured die cut sentiment, which I of course added glitter too :)  

The next card I used several dye inks to stamp the image multiple times and get a rainbow gradient. This is definitely bolder color but I love how they blend. A simple script sentiment adds a little bit of softness to this one. 

For this last one I did the same multi-color stamping process and the previous one but this time I used Distress Oxides on kraft cardstock to get a really different look. 

This one might be my favorite.
