Alright, let's get to it!
I used the Bouquet Builder 1 stamps and dies in today's Spring inspired card.
Pink and orange with a splash of teal is never a bad idea, am I right?
I started by stamping the flower twice on two different pieces of watercolor paper. On the one I chose as my card front I also stamped the large leaf. No need to mask, we're using die cuts here!
I only stamped the flower to see how high my background would need to go.
Speaking of backgrounds I painted both flowers with several colors in Distress Oxides. I let them move and blend on the card background and then used the same colors on the second flower I stamped.
Once it was dry I added very minimal Copic shading, die cut it and popped it up on foam tape.
The sentiment is from an older stamp set called First Step but I think it's still really pretty.
A little but of glitter pen on the bloom along with some white dots finished it off.
Your next stop on the hope is my amazing friend May Park. I know you're going to love what she made!
Thank you so much for stopping by!
Happy Hopping!!
