It's no secret I adore Suzy's Watercolor prints and this release didn't disappoint. I absolutely love these Sweet Treats prints and I thin they are perfect for summer. Especially because it's really easy to grab your coloring medium of choice and carry them on the go. 

I used Copics to do all my coloring today. I kept the color scheme pretty simple sticking with the traditional "chocolate, vanilla, strawberry" flavors in my sundae. The red adds a fun pop of color into an otherwise monochromatic color scheme. 

Another thing that I love about these paintables is that even though they are premade card fronts you can add things to really make them your own. I decided to do a woodgrain table for my sundae to sit on. This is really easy to do and adds quite a bit of interest to the card. You can see an indepth video tutorial on woodgrain here. 

Speaking of color I thought it would be fun to add a bit of color on my "wall" to offset all those beautiful neutrals. Blue is my go to color for things like this because blue is so gorgeous it goes with everything. Blue is my boyfriend in case you didn't know :) 

I added a coat of glitter onto the toppings and called it a day.
