Hello Crafters!
Late last week I shared this fun post over on the Wplus9 Blog.
Then life happened and I never shared it here.
Even though we made two different, ahem...three different cards, and two different videos I decided to just put them in one post. Honestly, It's just easier that way :)
I started off with these cute girls from The Crew Series and a large sentiment. Their outfits are adorable but not very fitting for wintertime especially in Ohio. Well usually, It was in the 50's today. Completely crazy!
In order to get a little bit more out of my stamps I decided to switch up their clothes. Now the girls look the same but different! I love that. I'm all about making stamp images my own and this is a fun way to do that. Easy too!
You may have noticed I switched out the background and the sentiment too.
I had an idea for a cute scene and really wanted to show you how you can switch up not only their clothes but their background too.

After seeing how cute they came out (minus that flava flav necklace)
I really wanted to do the scene.
So I did :)
The idea behind it was to have the girls out chatting, drinking coffee, and looking at Christmas lights.
Yes, I know Christmas is over. No I don't care.
The technique is still worth it, I promise!
Between changing it from day to night and adding in the neighborhood there's lots to learn in the second video too.
