Kidding kind of lol. It's been a minute. My apologies. My creativity took an unexpected break but it seems to be back and it returned at the perfect time!

This card was so much fun to make. Interactive cards aren't usually my jam but I absolutely adore the way this one came out!!
The front looks a bit meh I know. It's cool. I wanted there to be a little peek-a-boo moment happening on my card front. I used the Hero Arts Porthole Fancy Die along with some metallic silver paper to create my window. I added some detail with my copic markers and colored the background with my distress inks. Spatter on some Perfect Pearls for good measure.
This scene ya'll. All the puffy hearts. This is the Bold & Bright Hop after all!
This scene is all one layer.
I didn't want to add any more bulk knowing I was going to mount my panel with foam tape in order to accomodate my light up mechanism from Pear Blossom Press.
Stamp and mask accordingly. Color with distress inks while your images are masked. Remove masks. Color images with Copic markers.
Of course I added more Perfect Pearls in the background because I cannot get even shimmer sparkle glitter glimmer on all the cards. :)
Oh did I say light up earlier?
Yes. I. Did.

I mean come on. It's pretty cool.
I said before interactive cards aren't my jam. It's not because interactive cards aren't awesome, they totally are. It's because typically I get super frustrated trying to make the pieces parts work together.
Not this time. It was SO easy. Insert battery. Tape wires where they need to go. Mount with foam tape. Done.
BAM. Completely awesome card.
I took a second picture at night just so you could how much this baby really illuminates your card.
