This card has a lot more going on than my usual cards because honestly, I wanted to use all the things lol. I started by using the Leafy Background along with the Garden Stroll Ink Cubes selecting a different coloring for each layer of leaf. In order to get the gold accents I just swiped my Versamark ink pad over the stencil to leave the clear sticky ink behind before adding some gold embossing powder. I love how it accents the leaves and gives them an imperfect shine.
I stamped the flowers from Happy Dance in black and then used several colors in ink blend them using the stencils. In order to create even more dimension I used my Copic Markers and followed along with the shading already put down using the stencils. This creates an easy no fail guide to adding your shadows to each flower. I then blended out my shadows using the original ink blended color as my highlight.
I used the coordinating dies to cut out my flowers. I also cut out the largest die from the Fancy Circles in a mirror gold cardstock. To continue the gold them I stamped and heat embossed my sentiment in gold as well. I felt like the card needed a bit more to really make the flowers the focal point so I first added shadows to the flowers. When that wasn't quite enough I added some addition green shading over top of the leaves to draw the eye to the center where the florals are.
