For my card today I used the Nostalgic Florals stamps, dies, and stencils to quickly and easily create this special hello card for a friend. In order to make my background more interesting I inked up my Gem Pattern 3D Embossing folder with Antique Gold Pigment ink before embossing. I then used the same color embossing powder sprinkled on top to give it a great metallic shine once heated.
I did some ink blending with my stencils to add shading to my flowers. The stencils make it so easy to color! Since I can't leave anything alone I did go in with just one or two of the artist markers to add a bit of extra dimension to my flower.
The sentiment was created by using the new XoXo & More Die Set which has really great everyday sentiments. I cut the words out of white and then gave them a gold shadow to tie in my background.
All in all this was a fast and easy super cute card to make!
